Welcome Function

The Welcome Function will take place amongst the conference exhibition the evening prior to the first day of the conference. The function will provide the perfect opportunity for delegates to catch up with colleagues, renew past acquaintances and make new contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.

Enjoy some beverages and canapés.

Conference Dinner

Date: Thursday 10 August 2023

We are excited to announce that this years conference dinner will be held at Hobbiton. Meet in the lobby of the hotel at 6:00pm then jump on the bus out to Hobbiton. You will get the opportunity to explore Middle Earth and eat a feast fit for a Hobbit.
